Jeff Adams has been inspecting homes for real estate transactions and commercial buildings for 30 + yrs, he has a strong Electrical background & experience in the Electrical field, as well in the HVAC Industry, Plumbing Industry. He has been in the Commercial Steel Fabrication business for over 18 yrs and has worked on large scale commercial buildings through out the city of San Antonio and surrounding areas, as well as residential/home building across South Central Texas. Jeff Adams is a licensed Home Inspector #3813 & a lisc Certified Pest Control Applicator # 41869 pt, and holds several certification and licenses for Septic’s and Water Wells. Mr Adams has taught construction and inspection related classes and is employed by San Antonio College (S.A.C.) He has also built custom homes and has worked as a consultant and expert for other custom home builders in South Central Texas. With 2-
Inspector Training
Jeff Adams has completed all inspection training & schooling through San Antonio College & the Texas A&M Agricultural Extension. Mr Adams went through his apprenticeship through Hal Robertson with Sergeants Home & Termite Inspections & worked directly under a experienced inspector before going out on his own, this insures a properly trained inspector who can recognize many potential problems. Yearly schooling/continuing education is done through the National Waste Water Transporters (NAWT), Post Tension Cable Institute (PTI), Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA), Texas A&M Agricultural Extension, San Antonio Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (SATAREI) San Antonio Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (SATAPREIA) & the Structural Pest Control Board this usually consists of approximately 30-90 hrs a year and has completed over 1000 hours of educational courses through the years.

Comprehensive
We provide in depth, comprehensive & informative inspections we don not do 45 minute inspections in a hurried fashion as other companies do. Our inspections range generally from 2.5 hours to over 5 hours in our fact finding mission.

There is no way to guaranty that all defects will be discovered nor is it achievable, however Adams Inspection Services strives to provide the most though inspection in an attempt to provide our clients with most information that can be obtained during the inspection process.
