Almost every stucco or EIFS structure in our region will have issues at some point in its lifetime whether you visually can see it or whether it is leaking into the wall cavity and will rear its ugly head at a later date!

Some stucco structures will have leak issues on day one and yet others may go numerous years before leak issues and damage occur but at some point, about every stucco structure will fail. Stucco structure cost to repair is one of the most expensive siding/cladding materials to repair that we use on a structure.
Don’t purchase a home or commercial building without a proper stucco inspection, most home inspectors or commercial building inspectors are not qualified to properly inspect a stucco, EIFS or faux stucco products that many builders are using.
